Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is very simple. Just browse our on-line shop, and click on the shopping cart under the items you wish to purchase and they will be added to your 'cart'. If you require more than 1 of the same item click on the shopping trolley relating to the product and you will be prompted to enter the required quantity. After you have purchased all of the items you would like, click on "Checkout" (button at the top of screen) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
IF YOU NEED TO REMOVE AN ITEM FROM THE CART - click on 'View Cart' at the top & select 'Remove' on the item(s) you wish to remove - then click 'Update' - this will remove all items selected
We accept credit card and debit card payments. If you are wanting to make a purchase from anywhere outside the UK please email us to discuss delivery costs.

Delivery Schedule
YOU WILL NORMALY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS, however please allow a 7 working day delivery time in case of any delays. If you require your order prior to a certain date please contact us prior to placing an order to ensure we are aware - we will do all we can to ensure your products arrive on time. |
Back Orders
We always maintain high levels of stock, however if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Returns Policy
We conform to 'THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000' (UK), by providing:
We cannot replace items due to accidental damage or incorrect sizing. All faulty items must be returned within 7 days.
Your right to a 7 working day cooling off period, to notify us in writing, if you wish to cancel the order and return the goods.
Some products (piercing studs etc), for hygeine reasons, we can only accept the return of items with manufacturers faults - we offer a 30 day guarentee only.
All orders are confirmed by E-mail.
Full reimbursement in the unlikely event of a fraudulent credit or debit card incident.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us in writing within seven working days after date of delivery and return to us with the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods.
